Analysis of results of litigation cadastral value of land plots in the Kemerovo and Novosibirsk region

The paper analyzes the characteristics of the price of land settlements contained in the database of decisions of arbitration courts in disputes on the establishment of the cadastral value of land in the amount of their market value, including specific indicators of market prices of land in a number of cities and towns in Kemerovo and Novosibirsk regions. The authors suggest that during the assessment work is necessary to consider the establishment of judicial decisions on the cadastral value of land at its market value as valid.
