Analysis of the Russian market bread and bakery products

The article analyzes the state of the Russian market of bread and bakery products for the period from 2018 to 2022. The largest producers of bakery and flour confectionery products in the Russian Federation and in the Sverdlovsk region have been identified, and their rating has been compiled depending on the volume of revenue for 2022. The indicators of the bread and bakery products market are considered and analyzed in dynamics: production volume, turnover, prices. The conclusions are formulated.
