Analysis of the Russian legislation on the legalization of private military security companies

At the present stage, for Russia, the solution of the issue of legal regulation of the activities of private military companies is an urgent task. The purpose of this work is to analyze bills purposefully developed to legitimize PMSCs. This study made it possible to identify the positive and negative aspects of the issue under study. The positive side is the economic factor followed by Western countries, the negative side is the legal conflicts in the process of legalizing private military sector companies.
