Analysis of the real estate market towns of the northwest region of Russia

The authors of the article a statistical analysis of the current real estate market of small and medium-sized cities in the north-western region of Russia, the results of which revealed undeveloped real estate market researched cities. Purpose - to search for the answer to the question of how the amount of available information on the actual market situation may satisfy the requirements of cadastral valuation of lands of settlements, adopted in 2007. It is concluded that for the calculation of the cadastral value of urban land can not be applied only to a statistical method, it is necessary to apply a combined approach.
