The results of the surveys held in 2006 and 2013 in student community in Krasnoyarsk are analyzed in the article. Worsening of students' social feeling related to their ideas about urban environment deterioration, decline in efficiency of government authorities' activity, increasing distrust of political parties and system of election has been ascertained.
