Analysis of the current state and perspective directions of development of smoking technology

This article analyzes the current state and promising areas of development of smoking technology at the enterprises of the agro-industrial complex. The stages of development of the technology of smoking, as well as the use of newly developed methods of packaging along with classical ones and the introduction of progressive scientific ideas in production practice, are examined and described. The description of various GOSTs and technologies in the world and in Russia, the use of smokeless smoking agents used as flavoring additives are given. Information is provided on the growth of consumer purchasing power of the population for smoked products.
