Analysis of K.M. Simonov’s poem "Suitcase" in Russian as a foreign language lesson

The article is a guidance paper of Russian as a foreign language lesson - analysis of K.M. Simonov's poem «Suitcase». The methodical recommendation is based on N.V. Kulibina's approach to working with a poetic text. The lesson is based on the analysis of the text, allowing the foreign student to understand and interpret the idea of the poem; make lexical observations. Such work is aimed at developing the student's vocabulary and language guessing skills, forming skills in text analysis, searching for «key» images to understand a poetic text; on the ability to identify means of texts expressiveness and interpret them, increases the interest of foreign students in the poetic texts of Russian authors of the 20th century. The lesson is designed for students with advanced competence.
