Analysis of judicial practice on the issue of compensation for moral damage

In this scientific article, judicial practice related to disputes on compensation for moral damage in the Russian Federation in 2022 is considered and analyzed, the main reasons for the plaintiffs' appeal to the court are identified. Conclusions were drawn on the average amount of compensation to be recovered from the defendants, and on how objective the practice of determining the amount of compensation is.
