The identification of models of the problem “aspiration systems of processing plant waste - hydrolysis yeast production” is carried out. The paper presents the analysis of models of fodder yeast synthesis and aspiration systems. The methods of component analysis have made it possible to reveal raw materials for hydrolysis processing of aspiration waste and further yeast fermentation.
