Nowadays, more and more people are trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle, an integral component of which is proper nutrition. At the same time, artificial additives are often used to make these products. There are methods that allow you to produce food products at home that are high in nutrients and improve human well-being. These methods include growing microgreens. These are edible small plants that are allowed to grow to a pair of true leaves from various seeds, they can be added to various dishes. Microgreens contain a huge amount of vitamins, macro- and microelements that are easily absorbed and affect the normal functioning of the body. At the same time, it is a low-calorie product.
