Regional management of development of rural tourism in the Krasnodar region

ThearticleexaminesregionalmanagementofdevelopmentofruraltourismintheKrasnodarregion,theways ofitsimplementation,outlinesthemaindirectionsofstateandmunicipalregulationofdevelopmentofrural tourism. Authors study normative work of the regional authorities in the sphere of support of rural tourism development, and regional and municipal target programs. The article discusses how to implement support forscientificresearchinthefieldofruraltourismandtraining.Theydeterminethetypeofthestatepolicyof Krasnodarregioninthefieldofruraltourism.Theauthorsanalyzetheresultsofasurveywhichwasconducted inthesummerof2016amongtheguestsofSochi.Theresultsofthesurveyshowsthat57%ofrespondentsgot familiarwiththisdirectionoftravel,andonly63%ofthispartoftherespondentsheardabouttheobjectsofru- raltourismintheKrasnodarregion,mainlywinetours,fishingandexcursionstotheapiary.Others43%were unabletoanswerthequestion,whatisruraltourism.Thearticlenotesthatthesituation,whenthemajorityof thepopulationunfamiliarwiththeconceptofruraltourismordoesnotunderstandthecapabilitiesandtypes ofthisrestaffectstheprocessoftourismdevelopment.Thiscomplicatesthesalesandthusthedevelopmentof ruraltourismintheregion.Theauthorsnotetheroleoftheavailabilityofclearinformationabouttheobjects ofruraltourism,aswellaslackofinformationonimplementedprojectsbyregionalandmunicipalauthorities, includingtoolsthatcouldhaveasignificantimpactonthegrowthofthismarket.Theessentialsolutionforthe developmentofruraltourismwillbethecreationofaninteractiveinformationplatformfocusedonallpartici- pantsinthisprocessthatcanbeimplementedintheframeworkoftheregionaltargetprogram.
