The analysis of the transformation of a flight's borderline case's models of representation in the light of a culturological approach

This article analyzes the representations of a flight in the world culture. It considers the genesis of the myth of the flight and analyzes archaic pagan and religious (Christian) views. It also indicates the ways of studying the representation of the flight state in the paradigm of Russian religious philosophy, the philosophy of cosmism and structuralism through the prism of universal symbolic systems such as earth-sky, up-down.
