Analysis of patients satisfaction at versatile hospital by medical care quality

Results of questioning the 357 patients at versatile hospital are presented in article. It is established that the greatest complaints of patients cause sanitary and hygienic conditions and food. An important role is played by deontological aspects as cases of dissatisfaction of patients with relationship with the medical personnel take place. The special attention in this plan is demanded by women, patients of younger age, the unemployed and housewives. Distinctions in assessment the quality of medical care by patients of different offices that testifies to important role of managers in formation of corresponding conditions in divisions are established.
