Analysis of employers’ satisfaction with competences of graduates from the Far East

For decades, one of the key elements of the successful functioning of the economic system has been highly qualified personnel. The shortage of personnel with a set of sought-after competencies in the regions has felt especially acutely due to the pandemic and events taking place in the world. One of the vulnerable groups in terms of employment is young people - university graduates are one of the most vulnerable groups in terms of employment. Due to the fact that they just received their diplomas and entered the labor market with little or no work experience. The article deals with issues related to the assessment of employers’ satisfaction with the competencies of graduates from universities in the Far East, as well as the main positive and negative aspects of graduate training. Based on the survey of enterprises in various sectors of the economy, competencies were identified. They need to be paid attention to in the preparation of students in higher educational institutions of the Far East in the first place. The degrees of satisfaction of employers ware described in this article. Based on the analysis, the authors proposed a list of forms of cooperation with educational organizations in order to improve the quality of student training.
