We have performed a comparative retrospective analysis of the urological (including the oncourological) morbidity in a period of 10 years (2003-2013) according to official medical statistics. The aim was the objective investigation of the urological service in Russia and it’s regions. Structure of the urological diseases, oncourological diseases of the bladder, prostate and kidney, and although the associated mortality were evaluated for this period. Substantial increase in number of patients with urological diseases (+31.6%), urolithiasis (+26.6%), kidney insufficiency (+116.9%), male infertility (+86.9%) and prostate pathology (+72.4%) was registered to the end of the evaluated period. Primary morbidity with prostate cancer has grown more than 2 times (+127.4%). Less prominent was the growth of the number of primary cases for bladder and renal cancer (+14.8% and +39.6%, correspondingly). Prostate cancer mortality demonstrated substantial growth with +31.8% in 2013 in comparison to 2003. The positive tendency is demonstrated with regard to the early diagnosis of urological tumors at the regular prophylactic evaluations.
