Impact analysis of digital tools and services on students’ motivation in learning foreign language at the university

In a fast-paced digital society, an important task for the teacher is to select a form of training that increases the student’s motivation to gain knowledge. The relevance of this paper is due to the ongoing need to adapt the educational process to modern students’ preferred ways of getting information. Since at this stage in the role of the latter are “digital natives”, the paper considers the assumption that the use of innovative technologies and tools in the educational process will greatly contribute to the task. Among students of the first year of non-linguistic directions, an experiment was conducted on the use of digital tools and services in classes. After a comparative analysis of the results of the survey, undertaken twice - before and after the experiment, conclusions are drawn about the expediency and effectiveness of the introduction of electronic educational tools in the learning process to increase students’ motivation in the process of mastering the discipline “Foreign Language”.
