Analysis of the impact of the township-forming enterprise on local community development (the case of LLC "Buryatmyasprom" and "Myasokombinat" microdistrict)

In the article we have carried out a descriptive analysis of the transformation of Ulan-Ude meat-packing plant, housing estate and the entire communal and social infrastructure of the microdistrict. It is established that with the transition to market relations large-scale measures have been taken to divide the production sector from non-productive one. Their non-complete division is explained by a number of factors. It is stated that the market paradigm have not provided positive effects for both LLC "Buryatmyasprom" and communal and social infrastructure of "Myasokombinat" microdistrict.
