We present the data of the survival dynamics of oncological patients with primary multiple tumors of the reproductive system in comparison with solitary malignant tumors of the reproductive system over a 10-year period (2003-2012) taking into account sex, nosology and stage of the disease according tothe Chelyabinsk Regional Clinical Center of Oncology and nuclear medicine at the population level. The data source is the population cancer register created on the basis of the Chelyabinsk Regional Clinical Center of Oncology and Nuclear Medicine. The analysis of population data for the Chelyabinsk region revealed certain successes in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with primary multiple tumors of the female reproductive system. Thus, the one-year survival rate of patients with primary multiple cancers of the breast, endometrium, cervix and ovaries was higher than in patients with solitary tumors of the corresponding localizations. It was noted that the number of newly formed tumors does not negatively affect the prognosis of the disease, provided timely detection of localized forms, radical treatment and careful dynamic monitoring after treatment of the first tumor.
