Analysis of the draft law of M.M. Speransky, the basis of the "Code of state laws"

This article examines the main provisions of the "Code of State Laws" by the Russian statesman of the 19th century M.M. Speransky, which laid the foundation for subsequent constitutional reforms in Russia. Particular attention is paid to a comparative brief analysis of this Code with the modern constitutional paradigm of the Russian Federation.
