Analysis of procurement activities and procurement management system (on the example of FGUP PO Mayak)

The article is devoted to the analysis of procurement activities in the procurement management system at the state enterprise. The presented article describes the analysis of the quality factor of purchased products in the period 2019-2021 at FSUE PA “Mayak”. According to the results of the study, the authors conclude that the management of procurement activities on the basis of regular analysis allows to increase the efficiency of procurement management, contributes to the reduction of costs and expenses associated with procurement planning.
