Анастомотические билиарные стриктуры после трансплантации печени

В обзоре литературы представлены данные о современном состоянии проблемы анастомотических стриктур желчных протоков у пациентов после трансплантации печени от живого близкородственного донора, именуемой «ахиллесовой пятой» трансплантологии. Приведены данные о частоте и сроках развития стриктур, их причинах и факторах риска. Показана роль лучевых методов в диагностике данной группы осложнений. Описаны методики лечения билиарных посттрансплантационных стриктур: антеградная, ретроградная и открытая. Затронуты также темы перспектив развития чрескожной и эндоскопической техник и выбора методики лечения стриктур.
