Anesthesiologic concept of perioperational period at radical cystectomy with ileocystoplastics

In work the estimation of clinical efficiency of the combined multicomponent anesthesia on the basis of epidural anesthesia at patients with bladder cancer at radical cystectomy with simultaneous ileocystoplastics is carried out. It is established that the general anesthesia in combination with epidural anesthesia is followed by stable hemodynamic profile and oxygen status during the main period of surgery. Anesthesiologic ensuring of expanded, radical, reconstructive and plastic urological operations has to be carried out at obligatory inclusion the epidural anesthesia.
