By cholelithiasis suffers almost every fifth woman and every tenth man, about a quarter of the population in Russian Federation is more senior than 60 years and a third of the population is more senior than 70 years have stones in bilious ways. The age of patient isn't contraindication to operational grant, however nature of involute changes of organs and systems of persons is more senior than 60 years forces to consider this category of patients as the most adverse in the development plan of various complications and demanding adequate perioperation protection. The problem of rational treatment the cholelithiasis is one of the most actual. The special attention is demanded by justification of rational anesthesiological approach to operational protection of elderly patients at expeditious treatment of cholelithiasis.
