Workplace anomie: deviant behavior of employees of enterprises (based on research in Khabarovsk territory)

Under the conditions of anomie resulting from social and economic transformations, the system of spiritual, social and labor values of society is being eroded. Workplace anomie acts as a catalyst for the manifestation of various types of employees' deviant behavior in a work collective. The paper presents the results of sociological analysis of the forms of employees' deviant behavior in enterprises in Khabarovsk territory. It has been found that the most widespread forms of deviant behavior in a work collective are the negligent performance of the work duties, theft of the corporate property, absenteeism, aggressive behavior, obstruction, bullying, mobbing. The author examines the reasons for employees' deviant behavior, which include ineffective personnel management, the lack of a motivation system, an unfavorable social and psychological climate in a work team, psycho-emotional characteristics of employees.
