The purpose of this study is to study the antibiotic resistance of cultures of microorganisms isolated from animals to antimicrobial drugs. This article presents the results of a study of the sensitivity of cultures isolated from clinical and pathological animal materials to various antimicrobial drugs. During bacteriological studies of 68 samples, cultures of microorganisms of the genus Escherichia, Salmonella, Pseudomonas, Proteus, Entorobacter, Hafnia, Citrobacter and Morganella were isolated. As a result of studies, the species diversity of microorganisms was dominated by the genus Escherichia coli - 28.8 % (n=21), Salmonella was isolated in 23 % (n=17) of cases. The resistance of microorganisms to antibacterial drugs was determined using the disco diffusion method. A significant part of the cultures of gram-negative bacteria showed resistance to doxycycline from the tetracycline group. Resistance of cultures to cefuroxime and kanamycin was also noted.
