Antifragility or sustainability: prospects for Russia’s economic security

The recent global economic crisis associated with the pandemic affected the industry of many countries and their global supply chains, showed that such a quality of the economy as sustainability is not enough. The new industrial revolution of Industry 6.0, based on the concept of antifragility, is included in the strategic development plans of many countries. The Finnish economy is in a state of transition from Industry 4.0 immediately to Industry 6.0. The article will discuss the features of this transition. Finland has many advantages to lead the global transition to Industry 6.0, but there are also a number of obstacles, in particular, it is necessary to improve the skills of personnel in the field of ICT, interdisciplinary research and long-term significant investments are needed. Based on the analysis of Finland's experience in overcoming economic shocks, recommendations for Russia have been formed.
