Anti-corruption examination in law-creative activities

In this article, the author examines the gaps that exist in practice when conducting anti-corruption expertise. In addition, important aspects related to the examination are analyzed. In the study, the study of the fact of the expert opinion is involved. The author offers several ways to eliminate collisions, which are available in the legislative acts on anti-corruption expertise.
