Anti-corruption mechanism in the sphere of municipal procurement management in Russia and foreign countries: comparative legal analysis

The article is devoted to a comparative legal analysis of the anti-corruption mechanism in the field of municipal procurement management in Russia and foreign countries. The author considers the experience of combating corruption in the field of municipal procurement in Russia, the USA and Canada. It is concluded that in the Russian Federation and foreign countries various mechanisms for combating corruption in the field of municipal procurement are used. At the same time, the most effective mechanism for combating corruption in the field of municipal procurement is the use of an electronic bidding format, since this format provides a high level of transparency in municipal procurement.
