The world is in a state of continuous crisis; crisis as a social phenomenon reflects the consequences of flawed organizational decisions. The existing social system does not have flexibility and efficiency (due to the unbalanced condition of social institutions); this leads to conflict and confrontation. Service institutionality is a way to overcome the crisis.
