In the article features of anti-recessionary personnel management as a component of anti-crisis regulation of the organization are considered. Particular attention is paid to the essence of crisis management of personnel, as well as compliance with general principles of management, which are of socio-economic and ethical focus, and private principles that can be used in the process of personnel management primarily in the context of a specific stage of the organization's life (pre-crisis state, exit from crisis).
