Article examines the key concepts of crisis management in conditions of uncertainty, focuses on predicting potential failures and developing strategies for personnel adaptation. Using the example of a crisis problem in an organization, it tells how you can prepare for crises, respond to them and recover from them by increasing resilience, developing flexible personnel policies and implementing active leadership strategies.
