Antimicrobial activity of experimental samples for dry foot bath

The purpose of the study was to determine the antimicrobial activity of experimental samples of the drug for group prevention and treatment of infectious diseases of the distal limbs of cattle in relation to test microorganisms. The antimicrobial activity of experimental samples of the product for dry foot baths under the codes "CB", "CB1" and "CB2" against test microorganisms: E. coli, S. aureus, Salmonella enterica, Cl. perfringens, F. necrophorum were determined according to Guideline P 4.2.3676-20 "Methods of laboratory research and testing of disinfectants to assess their effectiveness and safety." The results of the experiments indicate that the sample under the code "CB" has the most pronounced antimicrobial activity against test microorganisms in comparison with the samples "CB1", "CB2" and the commercial drug "Lyubisan Eco" and is promising for further research.
