Antimonopoly regulation of relations transportation of oil by pipeline in the Russian Federation

This article examines the issues of antimonopoly regulation of oil transportation through trunk pipelines. From the point of view of the development of various trends in public law relations in the field of energy and on the basis of current legislation, as well as examples from judicial practice, the very nature of emerging legal relations and their legal regime are studied. With the help of this analysis, proposals are developed for the modernization of legal norms and the creation of a single normative legal act regulating these legal relations, proposals are made to identify gaps in the legislation on the regulation of oil transportation.
