Antibodies to benzo[a]pyrene in blood serum at patients with planocellular lungs cancer

Features of the immune answer to chemical carcinogen benzo[a]pyrene (BP) at men sick with planocellular lungs cancer (PLC) are studied. Isotypical distinctions in formation of antibodies (АТ) to BP at men with PLC, in comparison with healthy are revealed. At patients with PLC the high level of IgA and IgG AT-BP is more often observed. Smoking patients with PLC have high levels of IgG AT-BP is more often. For patients at II stage of PLC high levels AT-BP of classes A and G are characteristic. The risk of PLC occurrence at high level of IgG AT-BP increases more than in 3 times.
