The purpose of research was study of the content of autoantibodies to glutamate and dopamine in the blood serum of student volunteers with an interest and experience with episodic use of cannabis and amphetamines and students who do not use or completely reject psychoactive substances. In the group of risk for substance dependence development a significant reduction in the level of antibodies to dopamine and glutamate was observed in comparison with a group of student volunteers who did not use psychoactive substances.
