The research belongs to the sphere of philosophy of religion. Its subject is the phenomenon of religiousness in doctrines of two representatives of the Russian philosophical and religious reflection. The relevance of a subject is determined by the contemporary interest to the religion and the religion influence on the behavior of a person, public groups, and a society. The authors compare the philosophers’ ideas about the origin of religious consciousness, and it is deduced that the anthropological approach dominates over social in the doctrines; the standpoints are very similar due to the Christian ideology attitudes.
