Anthropology of law in the system of higher juridical education (ethnonormative process of the Mordvins as an example)

In the article the author analyses the place of legal anthropology (anthropology of law) in the upper level of educational system on the example of the ethnonormative processes of the Mordvins. The author gives the complex overview of the legal anthropology subject and methodology, substantiates the practical and scientific necessity of the studies, examines the norms of the Russian Federation and Republic of Mordovia legal acts in the field of ethnic policy and aboriginal peoples' rights.
