Russian courts of appeal and existing problems

The author considers the innovations introduced into the judicial system of the Russian Federation, namely the introduction of separate courts of appeal. The laws that are being amended were reviewed. The author emphasized that the judicial reform was proposed by the Supreme Court. The article listed the difficulties faced by lawmakers, as well as the problems that judicial reform causes. Solutions to the problems were also suggested.
