Master’s equipment: about dreamlike sense of composition “The Master and Margarita”

The article discusses the optical potential of Bulgakov’s story, which is implemented in the objective world of his works (optical attributed by the heroes of the story “The Fatal eggs” and plays “Adam and Eva”, “Bliss”, “Ivan Vasilievich”) and in the way the organization of the narrative (“The Master and Margarita”). Optical devices of Bulgakov characters - analogues of the writer’s imagination, which correlated with dreamwork, described in the works of Z. Freud and P. Florensky. Identifying systemic features of the composition of the novel “The Master and Margarita”, we show that the full reality of the novel is the form in which it shall be open for after-text reader, is dreaming. Dream is the analogue of the creative process, which is the main event of the novel, which also involves after-text doubles the author and the reader. Mentioned in the novel the fifth dimension - the dimension of creative imagination, structured with the help dreaming of the code. Pictured dreams - metatropy doubles artistic structure, texts to text.
