Architectural concept of elite habitation

The problem of spontaneous formation of habitation of elite class in modern Russian architecture actualizes the search for scientifically justified set of criteria for creation and estimation of such habitation. The present article solves this problem via making the concept of elite habitation. The concept is based on the intermediate type of dwelling development as the most promising in this aspect.
