For the first time, art management as a technology of the creative economy is considered in the context of the challenges risks of the digital age. The use of effective technologies (SWOT analysis, design thinking, SCRAM, business modeling, etc.) allows art managers to implement one of the tasks of the state cultural policy - the formation of a harmonious creative personality.
