Asphalt concrete and crushed-stone and mastic asphalt concrete with application of colloidal additives

The main problems of operation of highways with a covering from asphalt concrete are considered in this article; use of crushed-stone and mastic asphalt concrete in the Republic of Buryatia, advantages of use of crushed-stone and mastic asphalt concrete to the device of roads and its shortcomings are considered; requirements to the device of roads from stone mastic asphalt are revealed; one of the options of elimination of the described shortcomings - modification of the receiving knitting colloidal additives of bituminous various way, structure and properties, for increase of deformation and strength characteristics of the arranged road clothes is offered; the used additives are described and results of laboratory researches of their application as a part of traditional and crushed-stone and mastic asphalt concrete are presented.
