The questions of theoretical and practical bases for the formation of the world outlook of preschool children are considered. The content and basic concepts are analyzed, and the process of its formation. The work uses information on this issue of domestic and foreign authors. Problems of a pedagogical and philosophical character are singled out since the age features exert a strong influence on the methodology of the world outlook. In addition to objective factors, there are also subjective factors, to which the author points out. In conclusion, the conclusion is drawn that, in spite of the rather large research of the problem of the formation of the worldview of preschool children, it has not been completely solved until the end.
