Aspects of evaluation of socially significant enterprises

The article analyzes the characteristics and limitations of the evaluation of socially significant enterprises, due to the special requirements of the Russian legislation limiting the transferable assets of such companies, which require the development of special instructional techniques. As such, the author proposes to use the methods of economic substitution of matching assets and values, calculated in the framework of evaluation approaches.
