The characteristic of a long-term asthenic disorder in chronically exposed individuals is presented. Using clinical, clinical -psychological, instrumental and laboratory methods, as well as the method of mathematical processing of data, we estimated the range of asthenic disorders in 140 people, who were subdivided into three groups, depending on the nature of radiation exposure. The first group consisted of persons exposed in prenatal period of development, the second - people with postnatal (external and internal) exposure, persons who were not affected by chronic exposure belonged to the third group. The obtained data allows for an assumption that organic pathology of the brains, which is manifested through respective neuro-physiological and clinical-psychological characteristics, lies at the basis of asthenic disorder development. Vascular disorders, which presence correlates with the exposure dose to the red bone marrow and age of the examined persons, are those very pathological conditions that form asthenic disorder (hypertension, chronic cerebrovascular disturbance).
