In this article presented result of pathomorfological examination 764 people died of ischemic heart disease of and 240 with coronary arteries atherosclerosis indigenous and migrants men of Yakutsk. Incidence and localization of infarct myocards according with degree of pathomorfological examination of atherosclerosis in coronary arteries.
