Certification of personnel at the state (municipal) service: problems and ways to solve them

The author of the article has studied and analyzed issues related to the certification of personnel in the state (municipal) service and ways to solve them. The purpose of the study is to study the main problems associated with the certification of personnel in the state (municipal) service and determine ways to solve them. The object of the study is the staff of the state (municipal) service. The main methods of analysis were: the method of comparison, analysis, logical reasoning. The definition of the concept of "public service" is considered. The stages of the personnel certification procedure have been studied. The analysis of the certification procedure in the Federal Customs Service of Russia Domodedovo Customs is carried out. The analysis showed that about half of the working employees have a long work experience in this structure of the organization and, accordingly, occupy a high managerial position, the rest of the employees of the organization have little experience and work experience.
