Certification of employees in a public institution as a career growth

Within the framework of this work, the author analyzes of the essence and features of certification of employees of the state institution of Management of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation in accordance with the unified methodology of certification is carried out. On the basis of the conducted research, conclusions are formulated about the role and importance of certification of an employee of the PFR for career growth.
