Авелумаб в лечении пациентов с карциномой Меркеля: первые результаты программы раннего доступа в России

Карцинома Меркеля (КМ) - это редкая и агрессивная опухоль кожи с ограниченными возможностями терапии на поздних стадиях, когда летальность, обусловленная заболеванием, достигает 46 % . Ранее было показано, что КМ является иммуногенной опухолью, поэтому появление ингибиторов контрольных точек иммунного ответа изменило лечебные принципы больных распространенной КМ. В данной статье мы представляем первые результаты применения в России анти-PD-L1 антитела авелумаб в лечении больных метастатической и / и ли местно-распространенной КМ в рамках программы раннего доступа.
