Automation of document flow in medical organizations within the framework of digitization of healthcare

The article is devoted to the study of the implementation of document automation in medical organizations as part of the digitalization of healthcare. The authors have proven the relevance of digitalization in domestic healthcare, identified opportunities and risks from the implementation of automated systems in the work of medical institutions, and identified the main reasons hindering the implementation of medical information systems. The most popular services for automating document flow in medical institutions at the beginning of 2024 were analyzed. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the introduction of digital technologies in healthcare fundamentally transforms the communication interaction of a medical organization with stakeholders and serves as the basis for the provision of quality medical services.
